We accept responsibility for ensuring that all parts of the trip are supplied as described and that all services shall reach a reasonable standard.

Tours and Schedules

Scheduled tours are confirmed and booked online based on space. Tour durations mentioned are approximate and might change according to traffic, weather, natural and other conditions on the road. All information, tour routes and prices are correct at the time of booking and are subject to change. All ticket confirmations and communication are in English. DreamCasters Voyage is not responsible for loss, stolen or damaged property during the tour. DreamCasters Voyage reserves the right to terminate any tour, at any time in the interest of customer safety, driver safety, vehicle safety, and/or federal/state/local regulations. DreamCasters Voyage makes every effort to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour. We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at all designated pick up points at designated times. No refund is provided for passengers who miss our tours. Passengers who fail to return to pick up points on time will be responsible for obtaining their own transportation to their desired location. We shall endeavor to afford general assistance to our clients in the event of illness or injury during the period of the trip.


Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Alcohol, Smoking and Behavior on Tour

No smoking or alcohol is allowed. Wine may be purchased during the wine tours but must stowed in a designated area. By California law and regulations, no open bottles are allowed in the van. No one under the age of 21 is allowed on a wine tour. Persons causing a nuisance to other passengers may be removed from the vehicle/tour. DreamCasters Voyage will not be liable for any expenses incurred by passengers should this occur. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at the venues visited.

E-Tickets and Redemption

Customer’s purchasing tickets on our website will have their E-tickets delivered to them by email. Customers with E-tickets must bring the printed E-ticket along with the credit card used to make the purchase or valid photo ID of the "Lead Traveller", whose name is printed on the E-ticket. The Customer should present their E-ticket to the DreamCasters Voyage driver at the boarding point.

Cancellations & Refunds

In case of cancellation by our company due to bad weather conditions or other circumstances, you will have a choice of rescheduling or getting a full refund. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of more than 7 calendar days before the service: there is no cancellation charge. Cancellation between 6 and 3 calendar days before the service: You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 2 calendar days before the service: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither DreamCasters Voyage nor any of its directors, employees, servants, agents or partners will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or your inability to use, the system, and/or facilities or services offered through this website, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of date, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties even if DreamCasters Voyage has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. All passengers over the age of 18 must sign a Release of Liability Waiver and Behavior Agreement and list all children under the age of 18.
